Chrome 中忽略 Content-Disposition 中的文件名

我使用的是最新版本的 Chrome，当我在浏览器中查看 pdf 时，我想下载该文件。当我尝试下载它时，它的名称应该是“index.pdf”。但是，当尝试下载该文件时，我收到“网络错误”，并且文件名是“download”而不是“index.pdf”
