似乎setuptools使用指定的值zip_file作为字典，而实际上它是一个布尔值。

不是这样setup.cfg用的。 read_configuration()仅供想要阅读的非安装工具代码使用setup.cfg；不需要自己调用它setup.py，因为setup()读取和处理setup.cfg它自己。只需将您的更改setup.py为：

import setuptools

setuptools.setup()
