但是 maven-shade-plugin 在 ${revision} 不变的情况下产生了一个减少的 pom。

我今天遇到了同样的问题，但我在网上找不到真正的解决方案。虽然 PaulT 的建议可能对某些人有用，但我发现这是不可接受的，因为尽管设置了<promoteTransitiveDependencies>to ，但传递依赖项仍未包含在生成的 pom中true。

我能够通过简单地改变flatten和之间的执行顺序来解决这个问题shade。您只需要确保flatten在AFTER 之后 运行shade。如果您在父 pom 中定义了 flatten 插件，只需在您的聚合器项目中添加相同的插件定义，并使用相同的执行 ID。
