我遇到了同样的问题，brew postgresql-upgrade-database并且必须/usr/local/Homebrew/Library/Taps/homebrew/homebrew-core/cmd/brew-postgresql-upgrade-database.rb按照 @Thermatix 提到的进行更改。和--lc-collate都--lc-ctype必须与当前数据库设置相对应。就我而言，ch_DE.UTF8两者都是。
