在Webpack 文档中：

要导入 ES2015 模块的默认导出，您必须指定模块的默认属性。

因此，只需将您的配置更改为如下所示：

  new webpack.ProvidePlugin({
    fetch: 'exports-loader?self.fetch!whatwg-fetch',
    request: [path.resolve('app/utils/request.js'), 'default']
  })
]
