问题（可能）是您的（新）MySQL 版本。

从版本 8.04 开始，MySQL 使用 caching_sha2_password 作为默认身份验证插件，其中以前使用了 mysql_native_password（这会导致与期望 mysql_native_password 身份验证的旧服务的兼容性问题）。

可能的解决方案：

将 MySQL 服务器降级到更改或更改身份验证插件（基于用户）以下的版本
