Python Pandas DatetimeIndex.hour

Question

我最初为这个答案建议 .index.strftime() 。但是，Henry 还发现了 jezrael 的 Pandas 时间序列数据 Index from a string to float，它返回整数类型的列。因此，我在这里包含了后者的扩展版本。使用两种不同的方法时，输出会有细微的差别。
