为什么泛型函数需要约束SupportsDefaultKeyword而函数取SqliteConnection不需要?

从这两个可以看出,SQLite 的实现是特殊情况的。我对 Diesel 的细节了解不够,不知道为什么,但我猜测 SQLite 缺少 default 关键字。
