检查你的python最近是否已更新.venv可能指向旧的,重新创建venv为我们修复它.

运行mkvirtualenv venv或virtualenv venv(取决于您首先创建它的方式)也应该在保留已安装的软件包的同时工作.

这解决了我的问题：

cd /usr/bin
sudo cp python3.6 python3

以前我用的是3.6.2，做了之后apt-upgrade系统就坏了。
