我已经解决了我的问题，从而为我自己的问题提供了解决方案：

感谢微软新的蹩脚操作系统 Win 10，现在应用程序默认无法访问 c:/user/[username]/AppData/ 因为该目录的所有者属于 TrustedInstaller，我只花了 1/2 小时就解决了这个问题通过将此目录及其子目录的所有者更改为我自己来启动 Windows 10 配置。
