改变你的eclipse.ini(在旁边eclipse.exe)以便:

• 指定完整的JVM路径(-vm参数:-vm C:/Prog/Java/jdk1.6.0_21/jre/bin/server/jvm.dll例如).不要使用那个C:\Windows\System32.
• 没有指定用于launcher.library的jar
