我有这个确切的错误,在我的情况下,它竟然是这两个pip和conda已安装的副本matplotlib.在pip用于填补Anaconda空白的"混合"环境中,pip可以自动安装升级到您要求安装的软件包的(已安装的)依赖项,从而创建重复.

为了测试这个:

$ conda list matplotlib
# packages in environment at /home/ec2-user/anaconda3:

matplotlib                2.0.2               np113py35_0
matplotlib                2.1.1                     <pip>

问题!固定:

$ pip uninstall matplotlib

强制matplotlib升级到所需版本可能是一个好主意pip:

$ conda install matplotlib=2.1.1

我使用pip uninstall matplotlib, 删除了 python 安装，并更新了我的~/.zshrc和~/.bash_profile路径以包含：

自制啤酒：

export PATH=/usr/local/bin:$PATH

Python：

export PATH=/usr/local/share/python:$PATH

这已经解决了问题。我猜测这个问题是由于安装了两次 matplotlib 并且路径在~/.bash_proile但不是~/.zshrc.
