我更新到Node 7.7.2和NPM 4.1.2,删除了node_modules目录并运行npm install以重新安装依赖项,但它没有解决问题.

这是因为节点环境已经改变.

在您的控制台中运行:

npm rebuild node-sass
npm rebuild gulp-uncss

它应该解决这个问题.
