我的仓库使用git lfs。对于新克隆，我运行：

git lfs install
git clone https://example.com/repo.git

克隆到开始下载lfs文件，到达某个文件然后失败的地步。每次尝试克隆时，失败的文件都不同。偶尔会成功。

我有类似的问题，并且已经用git lfs报告了一个错误。解决了错误之后，此解决方法对我有帮助，您可以在失败的地方跳过过滤器。

git lfs install --skip-smudge

// Do git clone here
git clone ...

// Fetch all the binary files in the new clone
git lfs pull

// Reinstate smudge
git lfs install --force

看起来命令提示符没有显示密码弹出窗口，这是git lfs工作所必需的。
