我有完全相同的问题,我第二个Luis Lavena - 只需将所有*.h和*.inc文件从ruby源复制到此命令打印出来的目录:

ruby -rmkmf -e 'puts Config::CONFIG["rubyhdrdir"] + "/" + "ruby-" + RUBY_VERSION.to_s + "-p" + RUBY_PATCHLEVEL.to_s'

然后ruby_core_source将找到这些并愉快地继续安装.
