自 4.0 以来，Windows 不再支持 Celery，如其自述文件中所述：

Celery 是一个资金最少的项目，因此我们不支持 Microsoft Windows。请不要提出任何与该平台相关的问题。

不幸的是，这个错误似乎是副作用之一（删除了对进程句柄的支持）

你最好的选择是降级芹菜，先删除它，然后： pip install celery==3.1.18
