修复`Set-WSManQuickConfig`的“无法检查防火墙状态”

为什么Enable-PSRemoting/ Set-WSManQuickConfig无法在Windows 2012R2，Azure WebRole的管理员下运行“检查防火墙的状态”？如何解决这个问题？

PS。是的，有：

• 使用Session和CredSSP的PSRemoting错误。没有明确的解决方案
• Winrm快速配置显示错误。重新启动/重新映像实例无济于事。

就我而言，运行此命令很有帮助（手动创建防火墙规则）：

netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name="Windows Remote Management (HTTP-In)" dir=in action=allow service=any enable=yes profile=any localport=5985 protocol=tcp
