第一个错误是因为Events.Required是接口，所以它应该读取

 Implements Events.Required 

代替

 Inherits Events.Required

第二个错误是因为InitializeComponent在表单设计器文件中声明了您可能未在应用程序中包含/翻译的文件。如果要检查外观，请向项目中添加新表单。
