我猜你有一个warMaven 的打包项目,你已经标记了你提供的servlet引擎(tomcat).

遗憾的是,IntellIJ IDEA不会在运行时类路径中添加provided依赖项,这就是当您从IDE运行它时项目不起作用的原因.
