Homebrew 找不到已安装的命令行工具

我已经通过 Xcode 安装了命令行工具。当我跑的时候xcode-select -p，它显示了/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer。

但是，当我运行时brew config，它显示CLT: N/A. 当我使用 brew 更新 python 时，它显示Warning: Building python from source: The bottle needs the Apple Command Line Tools to be installed.
