看来这个bug现在已经在GitHub上关闭了(https://github.com/dotnet/corefx/issues/11100)并且System.Net.Http已经发布了新版本.

我能够使用NuGet 升级System.Net.Http到版本4.3.1并解决了这个问题.

这对我有用:System.Net.Http v4.1.0.0似乎有一些问题.在web.config或app.config中,指向旧版本(v4.0.0.0)
