你的基本图像Dockerfile是nginx（nginx:latest准确地说）。它有一个来自 Debian Nginx 软件包的预配置 nginx 配置。您可以自己检查容器：docker run -it --rm nginx /bin/bash并查看文件和目录以了解有关它的一些事实：

• 它为nginx用户提供
• 它提供/var/log/nginx目录，但root拥有它
• 它提供access.log并且error.log在该目录中任何人都可以写入

您的配置：

• Nginx运行为nginx（默认）
• 尝试将日志文件写入/etc/nginx/logs

显然，该目录不存在，因为没有人创建它。如果它存在，它应该是nginx用户可写的。
