编辑2:这似乎只发生在Windows 7上.在XP上拔掉并插入USB转串口适配器可以很好地工作.

看来微软不会很快修复这个bug,并且没有好的解决方法.我花了一年多的时间来解决这个问题.

我的解决方案是使用第三方组件.经过15+测试后,我发现唯一真正有效的是CommStudio.
