war 和 ejb.jar 都有自己的类加载器，因此每个类加载器都有自己的 poi 类定义。

您应该尝试将 poi jar 和所有常见的 jar 放入您的 ejb.jar 中，并将 war 放入 Ear/lib 中。在 ejb.jar 和 war 的 pom.xml 中将依赖项标记为“已提供”。
