@SpringBootApplication注释是@Configuration @EnableAutoConfiguration @ComponentScan.

@ComponentScan不带参数告诉框架在同一包及其子包中查找组件/bean。

您的Application带有注释的类@SpringBootApplication位于包中com.nomad.dubbed.app。因此它会扫描该包及其下的子包（如com.nomad.dubbed.app.*）。但你的CircleController包裹com.nomad.dubbed.controller在默认情况下不被扫描的内部。您的存储库也位于默认扫描包之外，因此它们也不会被 spring 框架发现。
