尝试将numpy更新为1.11时,我收到了类似的错误消息.对我有用的是从Lib/site-packages /手动删除numpy文件夹,然后使用普通的pip install命令安装whl(通过具有管理员权限的CMD-Window).

1. 在任务管理器中关闭进程“Python”
2. 删除文件名“numpy\core\multiarray.pyd”（如果有）
3. 打开 CTRL+SHIFT cmd
4. 现在尝试安装该软件包。它将安装成功。
