sudo npm install -g nodemon

我的辅助驱动器在权限方面与我的 linux 操作系统不兼容，因为它是一个 NTFS 分区。

我最终将所有内容移动到我的主驱动器，当然权限再次起作用，允许我执行本地依赖项。

我想我的问题的解决方案是将项目格式化为与 Linux 权限兼容的格式。
