我也有同样的问题，最终通过添加sslprotocols=tls12到连接字符串来修复它。这应该不是必要的，但显然是必要的，使用最近在 Azure 上创建的 Redis 缓存。可能是由于 TLS 1.0 和 1.2 已弃用
