根据Shawn Wildermuth 的这篇博文以及大约一周前他在 Pluralsight 上举行的网络研讨会，他在会上表示MVC 5 global.asax、packages.config 和 web.config 已消失在ASP 5. 因此，ASP 5以前的 global.asax 中的所有配置MVC 5都会进入新的根Startup.cs文件。
