我自己安装的时候已经解决了这个问题。

这是我所做的：

1. 在 Visual Studio 和 Mac 上安装最新的 Xamarin。
2. 安装xamarin studio（最新）
3. 删除所有 xamarin 产品，包括 gtk。
4. 使用安装程序安装 xamarin 最新版（完整包）
5. 重新启动计算机
6. 打开解决方案并清理/构建
