当您手动运行时,crontab是否与您登录的用户拥有相同的用户？

由于它似乎是一个明确的PATH问题,并且cron运行受限制的PATH(即不是.profile中的内容),请尝试将其添加到crontab文件的顶部.

PATH=/bin:/sbin:/usr/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/local/bin

或者,如果您不想修改cron的PATH,可以将所需的文件符号链接到/ usr/sbin,默认情况下可能在PATH中.
