NHibernate 支持人员刚刚为我指出了解决此问题的正确方向。

问题是 IIS 无权访问 windows\temp 文件夹。

我转到 IIS AppPool > 高级设置 > 身份

并将其更改为 LocalSystem （因为我是我的电脑的管理员）。这为我解决了。希望这可以帮助。
