该错误指出接受 Xcode/iOS 许可协议时出现问题，该协议是 cordova 的依赖项（为了让 iOS 模拟工作）。

我猜Xcode已经通过npm/bower安装了，你只需要第一次打开它（Cmd-Space，然后输入Xcode）接受许可协议，然后重新运行bower install ngCordova。

如果尚未安装 Xcode，手动安装可能会更省事（详细信息请参阅此处），打开一次并重新运行bower install ngCordova。

顺便说一句，ilj 是对的，在 sudo 下运行 npm 或 Bower 通常是一个不好的做法。这导致了各种各样的蠕虫罐头。
