BitmapFactory.decodeFile(mCurrentPhotoPath,bmOptions)返回FileNotFoundException

你mCurrentPhotoPath的前缀是" file:".

因为系统试图引用/file:/storage/sdcard0/etc...哪个指向没有安装的磁盘.

删除它,然后再试一次

mCurrentPhotoPath = "/storage/sdcard0/Pictures/JPEG_20150720_212749_-232171051.jpg";

或者,如果您mCurrentPhotoPath将始终使用前缀,请在使用前执行此操作

mCurrentPhotoPath = mCurrentPhotoPath.replace("file:", "");
