NSSpeechSynthesizer做那个工作。

假设我们有财产：

@property  NSSpeechSynthesizer *synth;

我们这样初始化：

synth = [[NSSpeechSynthesizer alloc] initWithVoice:nil];

我们可以做的：

在保存之前，我们可能想要更改声音或音量：

[synth setVolume:0.5f];
[synth setVoice:voiceID];

其中value for volume是以 0.0 到 1.0 范围内的浮点单位表示的，并且voiceID是 a voice identifier。
