Python 套接字 ConnectionResetError：[Errno 54] 对等连接重置 vs socket.error：[Errno 104] 连接由对等重置

ConnectionResetError: [Errno 54] Connection reset by peer

根据errno库Errno 54是errno.EXFULL在 python 3文档中解释为exchange full.

据我了解Connection reset by peer是Errno 104ie errno.ECONNRESET。

那么是什么errno.EXFULL意思呢？以及为什么 socket 用connection reset by peer描述而不是exchange full. 而且还是怎么是两个错误errno.EXFULL和errno.ECONNRESET有关吗？

PS：我读到这errno 54可能与 http 代理有关（我在我的代码中使用了代理）。如果是这样，如何？
