在我的vagrant框上的c：\ tmp下有一个vagrant-shell.ps1，vagrant-elevated-shell.ps1并且如果我作为vagrant用户手动执行由vagrant生成的提升的shell ps脚本，它将安装。因此，我认为我的脚本还可以。

如果添加config.winrm.username，config.winrm.password我仍然无法提升运行脚本所需的权限。在事件查看器中也没有任何提示。
