我编写此代码是为了使用另一个Application.mk进行调试构建，称为Application-debug.mk。你可以放进APP_CFLAGS := -DENABLE_DEBUG去做你想做的事。

有关其工作原理的注释位于代码中。如果它用于应用程序构建文件，请使用applicationVariants.all而不是libraryVariants.all：
