SomeDisposableComponentBase应该覆盖 Component.Dispose(Boolean).

您还需要删除SomeDisposableComponentBase.Dispose()方法(不带参数),因为它隐藏了Component.Dispose实现,因此它们被视为不同的方法,具体取决于您声明变量的方式:
