键盘打开时WebView不滚动

我有一个包含输入表单的WebView。当用户选择第一个输入时，将出现键盘，并将滚动WebView以便隐藏输入。我的问题是在<API 19中，当点击WebView不会滚动的下一个部分模糊的输入时。如果要关闭键盘，然后选择输入，它将可以正确滚动。
