我也遇到了同样的问题，似乎 spring 在 package-info.java 类中扫描 TypeDef 时遇到一些问题。

在配置中声明资源只不过是packagesToScan。您已经在配置中使用了，即使这对扫描TypeDefs也没有帮助。

1. 在每个 pojo 类中声明 TypeDef（使用 userType/CustomType 的地方）。
2. 显式注册 CustomType 到 hibernate 配置。这可以通过两种方式完成：
   1. 以编程方式注册 CustomType。配置.registerTypeOverride(new EncryptedStringType(),new String[]{"encryptedString"});
   2. 在会话工厂 bean 配置中声明 TypeDef 并扩展本地会话工厂 bean。
