在IIS Express上调试Azure Web角色时出现错误500.19

Question

我有一个在Azure云服务上运行的MVC 3.0 Web应用程序作为Web角色.在Visual Studio 2013下调试应用程序时,如果我在断点之间延迟太长时间,Web角色将关闭,IIS Express 8.0会向浏览器响应错误500.19.

我已经将项目设置为在IIS Express中运行并且模拟器表达.Azure模拟器启动时,会在文件夹中创建名为applicationHost.config的文件:

我在MVC应用程序的控制器中设置了一个breackpoint.然后,如果调试会话花费超过一分钟(或多或少),上面的文件将被删除,我的浏览器中出现错误500.19.之后,我无法访问该应用程序,因为在每个请求中我都得到了相同的错误.
