Silverlight:TextBlock没有Template属性？

我想自定义一个外观TextBlock.(我希望它周围有一个圆角矩形边框.)但我希望能够通过文件设置其模板app.xaml.

但我发现TextBlock没有Template属性.我使用Label(它有一个Template属性),但我猜Silverlight不支持Label控件.
