您不需要注入uiSelect控制器，因此请先将其删除。

ui.select需要在声明模块时将其添加到模块中。您还需要包括ng-sanitize.

var module = angular.module('projects', ['ui.select', 'ngSanitize']);

确保您还包含ng-sanitizejavascript 文件：
