gem install sqlite3 -- --with-sqlite3-dir=/opt/local

所以我找到了解决方案：简单地（手动）卸载计算机中任何现有的 sqlite3 版本。我所做的是：

1. 跑步which -a sqlite3找出安装sqlite3的目录（对我来说有4个版本Oo）。删除所有 sqlite3 文件（通过 rm）
2. /usr/local/lib手动删除,usr/local/bin中所有与sqlite相关的文件usr/local/include

3. 全部删除后，bundle install在您的应用程序目录中再次运行，将自动安装所需版本的sqlite3。
