上面的解决方案并没有帮助我,但是我在尝试了许多事情之后终于找到了答案.

我同时开发了多个解决方案,并且必须在localhost cookie中纠缠不清(每个解决方案都在不同的localhost端口上运行).清除我的localhost cookie后,问题得到解决.

将OWIN从v2更新到v3似乎可以解决此问题.

值得注意的是,所有与OWIN相关的软件包也应该更新.
