如何在没有sudo的情况下运行NPM？

我一直在阅读帖子,试图找出如何在npm install没有的情况下运行sudo.我还看到了以下文章,但我认为这是针对较旧版本的NPM.我完成了以下操作,产生的错误较少,但最后仍会抛出错误:

sudo chown -R $USER /usr/local

我没有错误的唯一方法就是跑,sudo npm install但我读到这不是一个好主意.

以下是运行后我看到的内容.我的猜测是权限,但我真的不知道我应该知道哪些文件夹(如果有的话).对于大量数据感到抱歉,我真的不知道什么是相关的.我在日志中看不到任何有用的东西(/var/www/budget/npm-debug.log),虽然它很大.有什么东西我还需要chown吗？

如果你想运行npm install -g protractor不需要使用sudo的命令,你需要

  • 配置NPM以将包文件复制到并且从不需要sudo权限的位置执行(我相信Ubuntu中唯一允许默认使用此位置的位置/home/user-name/)

  • 在确定可从命令提示符运行的脚本/程序时,更新BASH查找的$ PATH变量

首先需要确定当前配置节点以安装全局包的位置

NPM 前缀值确定节点包的安装位置.

换句话说,如果运行结果 npm config list如下所示:

  • 你有一个用户级配置/home/michael/.npmrc,NPM将以比全局/系统配置文件更高的优先级进行解析
