    To successfully previw this document in a web browser,please add(or modify)
    the ACL anonmyous(or the default ACL) to have at least author access
    with the ability to create document.

您需要修改数据库属性中的ACL(访问控制列表)

1. 从Notes或Designer客户端的顶部菜单中单击"文件/应用程序/访问控制"
2. 单击添加按钮,然后键入匿名
3. 选中"创建文档"的匿名作者访问权限.
