对我有用的替代解决方案：

搜索损坏的程序包：（例如mariadb-libs）

$ rpm -qa | grep mariadb-libs
mariadb-libs-5.5.52-1.el7.x86_64

删除此软件包：

rpm -ev --nodeps mariadb-libs-5.5.52-1.el7.x86_64

现在只需安装mysql rpm或mysql-server。希望它能解决任何与破包相关的依赖问题。
