pg_config 应位于

/Library/PostgreSQL/9.3/bin/pg_config

(替换为9.3安装的Postgres版本)

如果您安装了 Mac 菜单栏中的 Postgres.app，您必须将路径指向应用程序包中的 pg_config 可执行文件。您可以通过访问导航到可执行文件

    sudo apt-get install libpq-dev python-dev

现在安装psycopg2

    pip install psycopg2
